A little while back the boys and I received a little parcel of goodies. Aveeno body lotion, cream, bath oil, and a book for the lads. Ellie & Eddie is a book about a young girl and her pet gecko. Scaly lizardlike skin is something I know about. I have had bad skin since I was small and have memories of bathing in nasty oil prescribed by doctors. It was so heavy, slimey and felt as though I had been dunked in a vat of warm lard. I remember the smell, and I remember falling over like a duckling on a frozen pond when trying to get out of the bath.
Jen was recently sent some Nemo bubbles by H&A. Video removed due to the inappropriate comments made. *yuck* View image | gettyimages.com Jen just enjoys mucking about in the bath, and loves any bubble bath. I have had a bath or two in it myself, so it was a thorough test. Everyone in this house has sensitivity issues, Blokey has contact dermatitis, with D, Jen and I having eczema and dry skin. Blokey didn’t want to test this, he is a shower person, not one to have baths. But the boys and I can’t fault it.
I was recently asked if I would like to review JOHNSON’s baby easy rinse foaming shampoo with Jen. I know it’s called “baby” shampoo but I’ve been using it myself too, and it smells rather nice. It comes in a little pump action bottle that makes it foam lots like the hand-soap in public loos. Jen likes it mostly because it is fun, I like it because he wants to wash his hair! Until recently he was keen on being clean, baths, showers, paddling pools or hosepipes… he was not fussy.
Well I’ve just tried out the CillitBang I won from @Melandjake99 on twitter recently and am so stunned after cleaning my shower that I decided I’d have to photo review the loo, I just have to share these photos (sorry). This next picture is the loo from hell. No amount of bleach, scrubbing, descaler, bog cleaner, more scrubbing and swearing under breath would shift this limescale. This really was a harsh test.
