Sleeveless dresses in Winter? No problem with Wingz * 3

About a week ago something cool came in the post, Wingz. Nope it isn’t a ladies hygiene product or a travel company. Wingz are sleeves without tops, a pair of sleeves you pop on under a dress or top that is short sleeved or sleeveless. The sleeves themselves come in a few options from plain black or white jersery, delicate chiffon, lace or wild prints. If you are like me you dress according to mood and not seasons. I don’t have different “wardrobes” or store my Summer things away until after Spring. If I like it, I wear it. This is why I’ve decided I love Wingz – rather than shivering stubbornly and refusing to get changed I can wear these genius little things under my dresses. Why did I not know about these sooner! My problem now is knowing the words to use, is it a pair of Wingz, […]

Panasonic ES-ED90 epilator – Review 5

You might remember back in the summer I was invited to London to meet Panasonic? Yes? Good stuff, well as one of their “Brit Bloggers” I was sent a product to review, and it was a product I really wanted. It’s an epilator, but more than that because it is for use wet or dry and has different heads that change its use. It has a double headed epilator, and that has a “cap” you can put over to reduce the number of tweezers that can touch your body. There is a massive 48 tweezers if using it without that cap, so pop the cap on on the first try! It also has a narrower head meant for underarms and the bikini area, less ouchies in sensitive areas. The official Panasonic page is here – Panasonic ES-ED90.

Review of the Ozeri duo salt and pepper grinder 4

I received this product a while back now, but was unsure what to write. The Ozeri Duo Ultra Salt and Pepper Grinder* looks brilliant on the kitchen table, and is a real space saver. The RRP is high at £29.99 but can be found on Amazon now at £9.95. If I was to pay a tenner for this it’s good, but for Thirty pounds I would have been very disappointed. It is a fabulous idea, yet it doesn’t quite seem to “work” somehow. The bottom of the grinder is the stand, but also the funnel for filling the mills. This means you can’t lose the base, so it gets put back on to the grinder, but then I have to remind my children to remove the base before use.
