Do you like Cricket? I’m not so keen but Blokey likes it rather a bit. So he’s been in the kitchen and has been cooking food inspired by countries involved in the Cricket world cup = India and Africa. India spicy curry, and Africa gives us a lovely comfort food dish. The curry might knock you for six though, so be careful! Babotie – A South African Curried Mince Dish   Ingredients:   1kg Mince Beef 2 medium onions (or 3 small in this case) 3 eating apples 500ml milk 2 slices white bread 4 large eggs 2 tablespoons of Mango Chutney 1 tablespoon of curry powder (or more to your taste) 2 tablespoons of Tomato Puree 4 tablespoons of sultanas 2 bay leaves   Method   Put 300ml of milk into a jug.   Add in the 4 eggs and lightly beat.  Put the remaining 200ml of milk in a […]
