On days like today I find it useful. I had to go to town, something I find stressful. But I went through his list and checked I had all I needed before I left for the bus stop. Bank paperwork, stuff to donate to charity shop, clothes that didn’t fit to return to Primark, a few letters to post, prescription for chemists. I look at his list when I’m in town, otherwise I often won’t do the main thing I ventured out for. Today I did it all. Go me!
