Last night I had to test out Hotel Chocolat’s Sleekster collection. It was a hard job, forcing myself to eat yummy chocolate. I was so distressed that I had eat some of these. 😉
Ok it wasn’t a hard job. Hehehe. It was flipping lovely. Things I loved included great details in the decoration of each chocolate, the grown-up-ness of it, the taste and that Hotel Chocolat are cocoa growers AND chocolatiers. The chocolate itself is rich and tasty – far from average.
This set has a mixture of alcoholic and non alcoholic chocolates. This meant I had to share with my Blokey. Stupid allergy.
Pretty
I sniffed the champagne chocs though, and I reallllllly wanted it. I only had safe ones. And of these non-alcoholic sweets the pistachio praline was the least fave, and just wow, yummy for the Christmas mess ones. Lovely!
Art or sweets?
I loved these chocs. £23 a box is expensive but you can tell these are not cheap chocolates. They are rich tasting, diet killing sweets. L-u-s-h
Freya was begging for these so had the last one. Puppy dog eyes are impossible to ignore!
