I don’t do an many outfit posts as I’d like. So here is a snapshot of what I wore on walkies with Freya and my son D who was behind the camera so you won’t see him.
Freya is indeed wearing a Santa hat.

My handbag and new boots.
I have to talk about these boots. Now I’ll be honest, I’ve not had long boots as an adult, simply because I struggle to find footwear in my size. I am a big footed leper in most shoe shops, I am size 10 wide which often means I need size 11. I go in to shops and ask “do you sell ladies size ten?” they often reply “no, but we sell eights!” How on earth is this helpful? JD William’s stock from E to EEEEEE width shoes.
So I honestly hugged these shoesies so much when they arrived. I was ordered to stop saying “shoesies” by D, apparently it is weird to be so happy about new boots. I am happier than a pig in mud to finally have footwear suitable for Winter.

The rose design on my top.
The photos of this top don’t do it justice. It has subtle but lovely metallic outlines on the roses. It is wonderfully shaped. On the waist on one side it has beads sewn on. I wear this with jeans around the house, with a nice skirt to look pretty, with anything.
Hair and make up by me. Biker jacket, Primark. Rose top, Bon Marche. Fox handbag, Amazon. Arm warmers, Primark. Jeans, M&S. Boots, Legroom @ JD Williams.
Disclosure : The photos and words are mine and my sons. Everything in the photos is my own, however JD William’s and Bon Marche did send me the boots and the rose top to review.

OWL! Definitely an owl 😉 This looks like a brilliant outing for walkies 🙂
Those boots are gorgeous, and I just love your photographs.

Oh I simply adore this outfit hun, you look amazing! Really want the boots and bag…x
The bag looks nicer than it is sadly, thats why Ive not added a link… I cant recommend something disappointing.
I love your boots, definitely something I would wear. You look very glam and your dog looks cute too with her santa hat 🙂
I love those boots! I’ve never heard of the brand before but I’m off to to take a look.
I couldn’t believe I had a choice. I am so used to websites offering “plus sizes” still not having anything for me. Thrilled.
You look lovely, I so get the shoes thing. I bought some new boots last month and still announce new boots every time I put them on, and I live alone so I am pretty much talking to my walls!
It’s more than just new shoes…. It is NEW BOOOOOTS! 😉
Nobody would want to see what what I wear when walking the dog – mud and saliva splattered bottoms, ditto long coat (if looks like rain or is cold). Mud splattered wellies, if muddy or nice fluffy once-white-now-mud-coloured boots, if cold. Many zippable tops to unzip once I get hot, half-way on the walk, one having nice deep pockets to put all the dog paraphernalia in which then makes me look like I have huger thighs than I actually have!
