This weekend my family and I went to Gloucester Quays Victorian market. Gloucester quays does events like this at various times of the year, and they do it rather well.

There were lots of stalls, food huts and a few fair rides. We didn’t go with the intention of buying lots of money, more like browsing for ideas.

Hustle and bustle, and a marching band in front of the iconic Gloucester docks warehouses.
As the light begins to fade.
This doesn't need words.
The horses kept trotting as day fades to night.
Then it was dark.
If you liked these photos you might be glad to know Gloucester Quays are holding another Christmas fair soon, this one won’t be Victorian but will have reindeer! It’s called Festive Fayre and is running between 12 & 14th of December.

I love Christmas markets and this one looks worth checking out 🙂 Anywhere that sells donuts that size is great in my book!
If the cake is no good I am not interested. I had a piece of carrot cake that was nearly the size of a red house brick.
